I am pleased to inform you that KEPLER CONSTRUCTORA, S.A. DE C.V. ratifies its support for the ten principles of the Global Compact regarding Human Rights, Labor Rights, the Environment and the fight against corruption. Through this communication, we endorse our intention to continue supporting and developing those principles within our sphere of influence. We are committed to making the Global Compact and its principles part of our company's strategy, culture and daily actions, as well as engaging in cooperative projects that contribute to the broader United Nations Development Goals, in particular the Goals of Sustainable Development, so at KEPLER CONSTRUCTORA we will continue to communicate this commitment to our stakeholders and the general public.

Foreword
Sticking to ethical principles speaks of a sense of respect, honesty and integrity, fundamental values for the harmonious performance of our work.
These values constitute an essential part of our corporate culture and are a fundamental piece in the company's life.
KEPLER businesses operate under the basic principle that they are under laws and requirements, whose fulfillment is inherent for its very existence and correct operation in the social environment.
Even though these values are part of our organizational culture and our daily work, it is necessary to bring them down and to establish a correct and unified reference frame to direct all actions of KEPLER people.

  • We recognize people's dignity, and we respect their freedom and privacy.
  • No person is discriminated for reasons of sex, marital status, age, religion, race, political opinion, pregnancy, language or sexual preference.
  • We reject any form of forced or compulsory labor, as well as any form of child labor.
  • We recognize the individual and collective labor rights of our staff.
  • We comply with the rules, regulations and internal control procedures that Management establishes.
  • We work under the rule of doing our job well from the first time.
  • The financial information must be truthful and sufficient.
  • No director, officer or employee uses the name KEPLER for personal benefit activities.
  • We avoid contact with dishonest people who intend or may harm KEPLER.
  • Information related to processes, methods, strategies, plans, projects, technical data, clients or any other type is confidential, and we treat it as such.
  • We respect and care for the possessions of others as our own.
  • The value of our work is such that no job is too small, no challenge is too great. It is everyone's responsibility to take care of each project and treat it as unique.
  • We consider internal discipline and good repute as the baseline of our work and the relationship with co- workers, clients, suppliers and authorities.
  • For us there is no form of bribery, extortion, bribery or fraud. This policy is essential to guarantee integrity and internal trust: it protects our suppliers, subcontractors, partners, associates, clients and government.
  • We put quality before quantity. Consequently, continuous improvement and the incorporation of new technologies are a necessity.
  • We always work as part of a team, seeking at all times the common welfare, safety and protection of all species close to our work areas, being socially and environmentally responsible.
  • Integrity, commitment, loyalty and enthusiasm are requirements to become a 'Keplerian’.

Anti-Corruption Policy

At Kepler, the inescapable commitment is to perform all heavy construction services in accordance with established principles of ethics, code of conduct and values.
We categorically reject all forms of conduct that are outside the regulatory framework, both internal and contractual, in terms of bribery, fraud, collusion and extortion.

Psychosocial Risk Prevention Policy

At Kepler Constructora, S.A. de C.V. in relation to the prevention of psychosocial risk factors; the prevention of workplace violence, and the promotion of a favorable organizational environment, the following commitments are assumed:

  • It is the duty of supervisors, managers, and directors to apply this • policy and lead by example.
  • Acts of workplace violence are not tolerated, as well as any incident that encourages psychosocial risk factors or actions against the favorable organizational environment.
  • Measures are applied to prevent psychosocial risk factors; the prevention of workplace violence, and the promotion of a favorable organizational environment, to prevent its adverse consequences.
  • There is a fair care procedure, which does not allow retaliation and avoids abusive or unfounded claims, and which guarantees the confidentiality in all the cases
  • Awareness-raising actions, information and training programs are carried out.
  • Prevention policies and prevention measures are effectively disseminated.
  • All employees participate to establish and implement this policy in their workplace.
  • The exercise of the rights of each employee to observe their beliefs or practices or to satisfy their needs related to race, sex, religion, ethnicity or age or any other condition that may give rise to discrimination is respected.
  • Spaces for participation and consultation are created, considering the ideas of all collaborators.
  • The principles, the assignment of responsibilities and the resources available to comply with this policy are respected at all levels of the organization, which is established in the Manual for the Prevention of Psychosocial Risks at Work.
