To successfully and continuously address the complexity and risks present in the construction sector, Kepler has adopted a safety, health and environmental management culture based on processes certified under ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, in order to comply with the highest international and national standards (applicable laws, regulations and Official Mexican Standards). This is how Kepler achieves millions of man-hours of work without lost-time accidents on every project executed, a success that is rewarded when each Kepler worker returns home without injuries and without any damage to their health arising from occupational risks.
At Kepler, we know that personal behavior, tools and work methods, the environment, construction priorities and the surrounding conditions, among other factors and specific conditions, are constantly changing in the industry in general, and especially in the construction sector. This has led us to make awareness-raising, education and training in risk prevention a strategy and a requirement for all our personnel, so that we can count on highly qualified collaborators who apply, verify and continuously improve our policies and rigorous safety protocols, programs and safety controls, in order to reduce identified hazards and minimize risks as far as possible, preventing deterioration of health and potential physical, environmental and material damage associated with our work.
Specifically, Kepler’s safety, health and environmental staff have high-level training, which includes solid experience and a successful track record in the prevention of occupational and environmental risks, as well as specialized professional or technical academic education, evaluated and approved by our clients, with skills endorsed by instructors registered with the Secretaría del Trabajo y Previsión Social (STPS) and other organizations recognized in the sector, such as CMIC. Many of our prevention specialists also hold other specialized certifications based on national and international standards, which allows us to start each project from a foundation of trust, where our clients are certain that, above operations, we safeguard health, the integrity of people and the protection of their property.
